Two things it may be useful to know about me...

1. I'm a total research nerd with an insatiable appetite for input. I love to do a deep dive into anything that piques my interest,
2. I'm one of those experiential/kinesthetic people that must try out everything myself.

This means I research the heck out of something and then experiment with it. It's a whole process with lots of trial and error where I discover, through embodiment, what works and what doesn't. Once I've explored, investigated and discovered, I get super excited about sharing my discoveries. That's what I do here.

I share the tools and practices I'm using to move beyond resistance, to follow my Soul's most authentic desires, and to awaken, embody + share the love and creativity within me so I can be the mother, wife and friend I want to be.

The information I share is Truth as I understand it in the moment.

Our individual journeys are unique and deeply personal. We are each responsible for our own relationship with our Higher Self/God/Spirit/Source and our understanding of Truth. We must look within ourselves to discern what feels "right."

I share from my heart with the intention that others will take what they find helpful and leave the rest.

I will passionately share what has been meaningful and practical for me (and others I care about), but I have no intention of convincing anyone to walk a certain path nor do I think any one path is superior. I deeply trust the wisdom we each carry within our hearts.

When we recognize and follow that which personally resonants, we are moving with grace on our unique sacred path. 

I believe God is all powerful and unconditionally loving. I believe God is the Source of all life, the very power that animates us. There is nothing we could ever do to separate from this life force, but when we aren't conscious of this union, we suffer greatly.

I have dedicated my life to being as conscious as I am able to God's unconditional love and presence. I have looked for (and found) wisdom and truth in various religions, spiritual texts, New Age philosophies, teachings on Universal Law, metaphysics, quantum physics and other scientific theories...you name it!

God is everywhere! I've simply followed my intuition and explored whatever I felt compelled to.

If you're unclear about your Soul's gifts and purpose (or feel blocked in your ability to really embody your gifts and step into the ease and grace you just KNOW you are meant to be living);

If you've battled resistance/self sabotage in any form which may include procrastination, confusion, overwhelm, relationship drama, health issues, etc;

If you struggle to access your intuition, get fuzzy guidance, or have a hard time trusting yourself to discern intuition from your ego,

then welcome. I see you and I'm so glad you've found your way here.

We were never meant to be stuck in survival or coping mode. Like all of nature, we were born coded for success. We each have the seed of our own unique success story, our divine contribution, embedded into our physical and spiritual DNA - ready and waiting to be fully awakened and expressed.

When we're not living in alignment with our Divine nature, we either feel the pain of the intense disconnect or we numb out and distract in an attempt to squelch the pain. At some level we sense that seed waiting to crack open, spout and grow into the magnificent life we feel bound up within us. We feel the pressure to live that version of ourselves. We feel our authentic self desperately wanting to be liberated and express itself in this precious lifetime.

Sure we've had success. A lot of success by the looks of it. But, we just know we've only scratched the surface on what we're truly capable of.

...we feel the enormous wave of creative life force building up inside - and if could just figure out how to pop that pesky cork that keeps it all contained, the creativity would burst forth and we would finally be free.

Free to express our gifts, our radiance. Free to integrate our wounds and stories so they no longer keep us gripped in fear and hesitation. Free to shine. Free to prosper.
